A Gentle Path to Holistic Health in Woodstock, Oxfordshire

with Aleksandra Quintana

It all started from a parachute that didn’t open …

It wasn't me (luckily!) but someone very close to my heart. Whilst Western medicine undoubtedly saved his life, it was various forms of bodywork that helped him return to his full power. I was hooked!

For the last 12 years…

I have travelled the world to learn from some of the best alternative health teachers in the world of myofascial, visceral and craniosacral and trauma therapy.

I have worked in various clinical settings in Oxford, Edinburgh and abroad and I have done over 5,000 treatments to date (yes, I have a spreadsheet! :-)

“My teachers taught me that if we find the underlying causes of pain and address them skilfully, we can change the course of our lives.”

Qualifications

I believe in the potential and promise of holistic treatment

01

I look beyond surface symptoms to gently understand the deeper story your body is holding, whether connected to personal history, medical experiences, or patterns shaped by stress and trauma.

Through a trauma-informed, integrative approach, each session offers space to explore how past experiences may be held within the fascia, nervous system, and body memory.

02

By working with the body in a respectful and attuned way, I consider your whole experience, physical, emotional, and personal.

The aim is not simply to relieve discomfort, but to support meaningful, lasting change.

This work can be supportive for those navigating chronic stress, recovery from medical procedures, emotional overwhelm, or the lasting impact of developmental and relational trauma.

03

Each session is guided at your own pace, creating a safe space where your experience is honoured and your body is listened to.

Your treatment is tailored to you, supporting your body’s natural ability to restore balance, allowing healing to unfold in a way that is both deeply personal and gently integrated.

For much of my life, I carried the quiet weight of self-doubt and shame, the kind that settles deep within the bones and whispers that care is something meant for others, not for me.

I learned to tend to everyone else’s needs while quietly abandoning my own, mistaking self-neglect for strength and self-sacrifice for love.

But through the gentle unfolding of craniosacral bodywork, meditation, somatic exploration, and the deep compassion of NARM therapy, I began to listen to the language of my body, its tremors, its tears, its longing to be met.

Bit by bit, I softened…

I learned that healing was not about striving, but about remembering, coming home to myself, reclaiming the tenderness I had so freely given away, and discovering that wholeness had been waiting for me all along.

Therapy in English and Polish

I offer therapy in both English and Polish. This is something I feel deeply passionate about, having experienced the transformative impact of receiving therapy in my own native language.

Words are not simply tools for communication. They carry emotional meaning, memories, relationships, and experiences that are often held within the body. Many of our earliest experiences of connection, attachment, safety, and distress were shaped through language. For those healing developmental or relational trauma, accessing these experiences in their first language can sometimes open an additional layer of awareness and understanding.

I have found that our bodies often respond differently to words spoken in the language in which our earliest experiences were formed. Certain memories, emotions, and felt senses can become more accessible when we are able to explore them in our native language.

Whether you choose to work in English, Polish, or move naturally between both languages, I offer a therapeutic space where all parts of your experience are welcome. Together, we can work with the language that feels most supportive for your healing process.
